Return and Exchange Policy

  1. We offer 3 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs. 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin- code.
  3. For Prepaid orders, a refund link will be provided to the Original Source Account. & for COD orders Refund Link will be provided via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email from Razorpay. 
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the Product tags are removed or the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  5. Once return is placed it usually takes 24 working hours for approval. Once approved our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2 working days.
  6. Once picked up we will initiate the refund after we recieve the product in our warehouse and will notify you via mail or whatsapp. 
  7. COD charges are Non-Refundable.

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 11am-7pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
  9. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on Instagram, Facebook or any social media platforms.
  10. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has notwarehouse.
  11. Product exchanges would cost around Rs 300/- for the customer and should be done prepaid.

  13. We request you to not accept the package if you feel it was tampered at the time of delivery. In case you have still accepted the package, we request you to take an unboxing video and Email us Immediately.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within Within 72 hours / 3 Working days of receiving the product(s), the complete amount  will be refunded via bank transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using "Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

• Bank account details provided by the customer for the refund link would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

• In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail tokyosaint33@gmail.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

• Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail or whatsapp within a day. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 3 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
